Eases shoulder tension
These are the only bar risers on the market for the TEX. They definitely help bring the bars higher & closer to help alleviate shoulder/arm discomfort. Installation was a little trickier than I expected but doable, especially with a second set of hands. My only complaint is that the bars can slip downward when getting on/off the bike due to body weight. If they were a little more solid I'd give them 5 stars. Good idea with poor practical application. Doesn't clear the for tubes even with them all the way down in the triples. Also I believe due to the design and forces in a crash that these would twist badly in a crash both forward and back due to the dual pivots but also twist due to the rubber bushings allowing the mounts to turn. Overall doesn't seem like something I would trust and defeats the purpose of you have to run bar risers just to clear these over the forks unless your 7' tallGood idea with poor practical application.
