    Excellent mix between speed and capacity

    I was pleased and very surprised to actually prove what many reviews and tests I found before getting my hands on it, I get this drive to use it exclusively as Steam Library, and as I said this baby is fast, is amazing the small gap between an actually SSD, my games load nicely faster than with the previous 7200rpm hdd, it's supposed to be faster with some time after first use, but I noticed the difference right away... If what you're looking is faster loading times with great storage capacity, get this baby, you won't regret it.

    Decent replacement for older SATA hard drive.

    The drive is a direct replacement for a drive that failed after five+ years. What can I say but that it works as good as the original SATA drive.

    I wanted an HD for external storage, this drive works fine.

    I wanted a hard drive for external storage. A USB stick of this size is too expensive, so I got this to go in my Vantec dual external drive holder. Would have preferred 3 TB size but again, the cost, 2 TB seems a good compromise. Adding this drive for storage is simple. Hook it up, then go to drive management. do a quick format, and its ready to use for storage.

    Great Drives!

    Recently picked up a pair of these hybrid 7200 RPM drives. They're running as a single drive using RAID 0. They are almost as fast as the two SSD's I've got running as my primary drive also using RAID 0. I highly recommend this drive to anyone who is interested in a fast, quiet, high capacity, dependable, drive.

    Seagate 1TB & 2TB FireCuda Hybrid SSHD 7200 RPM GGb/s 3.5 Hard Drives

    After purchasing and installing a 1TB and two 2TB Seagate FireCuda SSHD's in three computers, I believe that these were a good investment because for a reasonable price I was able to get much needed hard drive space, increased system speed, along with quiet operation. These Seagate FireCuda SSHD are excellent and I plan to purchase two more of them in the future. Also I must mention that the Seagate software provided on their web-site was easy to use in order to clone my original hard drive to the new FireCuda hard drive and to prepare it for installation.
