    Good product with a slight defect

    The product is easy to assemble and very lightweight. However, one of the suction cups in my kit was defective. I had to use alternate methods to hang one of the supports. My kitties love sitting in the window and have used it daily. Overall, I'm happy with it.

    Bad suction cup and weak velcro

    I do not have a huge cat but the velcro on the bottom is not strong enough to keep fabric rolled under and held in place - one suction cup would not stick no matter what i did must have been a deformation from when it was created - i fixed both these issues myself (sewed on more velcro and bought a new suction cup) but would look at a different brand if i needed another one

    Too Wide for my window

    Item is of great quality and I like it. However, my windows are only 27" wide and can't make the suction cups fit on the narrow glass. I have installed it on a sliding patio door, but my cat likes to look out the front window to see the action (chipmonks, birds, etc.)

    Good concept bad execution

    Looking for a cat perch and found this one at a good price. My cats don’t like the cheap construction of the item. It is flimsy and seems my cats don’t trust the perch. So after that I built one that they like. So maybe your cats are more daring than mine, but this perch didn’t work for mine.

    Second purchase.

    This is the second seat that I have bought for my 13lb. cat. It is his favorite place to nap. I purchased the first seat five years ago. After a couple years the suction cups tore at the insertion site for the cords. I repaired it with hose clamps and it continued to serve well. Decided to replace due to the rubberized backing on the cover was flaking off and leaving debris all over under the seat. The new seat seems to have firmer plastic at the cord insertion sites so tearing might not be an issue, but since I already have them, I will install the hose clamps as a preventative. The new cover does not have the backing like the first one, so there won't be an issue of flaking. Suction cups will come loose on occasion. Refasten after cleaning the window and leaving the area slightly damp. I ...
