    Bolt in replacement

    Bought this starter for my 2012 Ktm 300 xcw. Costing $20 more than a rebuild kit, it was a no brainer. Factory replacement is nearly $300. Bolted it in - hit the button and started right up. Nothing to complain about here. Great part!

    Not so good so far

    Installed the new motor, ran great for few times then , couldn’t start the bike. Even when hot. Just turns over. Lasted less than a day. :-( It Replaced a worn out oem motor that would at least start the bike when hot

    Good starter motor

    This stater motor is a little heavier than original part but is much , much better in the way of starting as it has more grunt, fits great, good finish and great price

    With Warranty

    A quick economical replacement starter, for your KTM. Installed my new starter and went riding for six days, my battery life went up. Because of a great working starter. Had a blast riding and with no worries of getting any starting issues.

    Excellent starter motor

    Installed it in my KTM 300xcw and it was so much better than the original 350 watt starter. Cranks the bike over excellently now. It was about $40 cheaper than buying from a dealer. Don't know about the longevity, but if it lasts, it is a great deal.
