Ii orderd tie rod ends for a ford ranger. I received tie rod ends for a 88 f250 .. evidently it had the wrong part number stamped on it ..convincing them of their mistake was a headache . I'd receive a email from them every other day or so . They offered me a refund of but I pay to ship them back wich is totally out of line since I didn't get the part I asked for ...I'm fed up with it .that's a shame because I need a new brakes and rotors and calipers for my explorer and this company has them
