Not what I expected
I am not quite sure what to make of this set of blades. I have been shaving with Norelco blades for years. Normally, every year I just buy a pack of the blades and change. I have never noticed any difference. This year I decided to try blades that were specifically made in Holland, as some have said they work better than some of the other HQ8 blades out there made elsewhere. From the start these blades were different. The first thing I noticed is that they were quieter than the others which clattered more. That was the only improvement. So far, they tug more hairs, and it takes longer to shave. I will continue to use them for awhile, but doubt I will buy them again.I am not quite sure what to make of this set of blades. I received 3 separate razor heads instead of a single unit of 3 heads already to be installed.
I received three separate razor heads instead of the single unit of 3 razors in a single unit that could be installed into the razor in a jiffy. I did my best to install them into the razor, but I'm afraid I have not succeeded very well. So now I have nothing. I've tried writing to the sender, because he has left no way to contact him except his return address, but have heard nothing so far. He is Jerry Goldman, 6 Barclay St., Suite 601, NYNY 10007-2700.I received three separate razor heads instead of the single unit of 3 razors in a single unit that could be installed into the razor in a jiffy. I think there is deceptive marketing here.
These shaver heads come in a box saying they are made in the Netherlands, though they look like the cheaper imitation heads and don't work as well as the original blades that came with the razor.
