The only thing I would change would be the degree of roasting. The ones that I received seem a bit softer and more raw tasting than I would prefer. I guess I like them crunchier and toastier. However, I still think it was a very good deal. I can always toss them in the oven to get them the way I like them.

They taste fresh and buttery and have just the right amount of salt.. I highly recommend this product to anyone else. When you open the bag, I promise, you will eat too many.

The product description said new in unopened package, however it it repackaged in a zip bag. That was disappointing, and haven't sampled yet. But if it's the real thing, it's got to be the best cocoa ever. I love it.
