    The shipper must do a better job on packaging. Driver shaft could have been damaged. I've received other golf equipment from other sellers that use higher quality shipping boxes that do not get damaged. The UPS delivery person stated that this is the worst type of packaging for a driver shaft. He stated his fishing poles get 10x better shipping packages and they don't bend or come apart. Hope you do a better job next time. I'd chose a NEUTRAL rating but the system defaults to positive.
