The equipment should have been in a sealed plastic bag, but it was not. Styrofoam packing disintegrated in transit, so 100's of tiny pieces got inside the equipment ports and vents. Advertised as open box, which Ebay defines as including, "accessories found with the original product". We can not control the damage during shipping, but the styrofoam block is used as packing material to protect the item.
