      Best Primer on Market!

      This is the best primer on the market! When you put it on, your face looks so smooth that you don't need foundation; I just add blush, eye and lip makeup and I'm on my way! I've been using it for over 3 years and wouldn't be without it, ever! I can't tell you how many times people have commented on how great my skin looks and ask me what foundation I use. They look quite skeptic when I explain that it's not foundation, but Tarte Smoothing Primer.
