The item description clearly says that the Ebay auction is for the tool. Its too bad that you left your feedback, I would have had no problem refunding your money, even though you made a mistake and purchased the item

Very low quality tool, very poorly cut and tooled.
The tool barely fit the nut, and when the nut was half tightened the tool wouldn't go in any farther.
What a cheap piece of garbage.
Seller should be ashamed to even offer such a low quality product for sale!

Buyer should of returned the tool if there is a issue, I make all of my tools and test fit each tool with the original bezel nut. I been making these for years without any issues.. Its possible you may have been using it on a reproduction bezel (those are made overseas and never fit) Never the less , I stand behind all my products and have a 30 day retun policy , its unfortunite that you decided not to go that route

The Item Description clearly states in two places that you are only buying the tool. That being said you can always get a refund instead of leaving a neg feedback
