Rear shocks faulty leaving Ute bouncing around like a pogo stick. Try to tell me (mechanic of 40yrs) that this is normal. Local dealership condemned them also. Had to purchase elsewhere and they refuse to cover my costs. They want me to return them but I need them for solid evidence. I have had only negative rude, and deflecting communication. I would never use or promote these people again.
