    Plantronics 720

    I would have thought a refurbished unit would run more than 30 minutes on the battery that came in it. I received the unit, plugged it in for about 5 days. I then used it for a 5 minute call. The next time I used it, I pulled it from the charger, 24 minutes into the the call it starts beeping then goes dead. Placed in charge for a few minutes, then dial tone came back. Had to get a new battery. Has been functioning since then. Another issue is if you are wearing it and bend over, it falls off. Apparently the "leather" earpads a too slick.

    Perfect Fit Replacement

    This battery pack worked fine in our Plantronics headset. It was very easy to remove the old battery and install this new one. It seems to hold a charge for at least as long as the original did when it was new.
