This was corrected immediately. The customer was advised to keep the incorrect cat toy and the correct cat toy was sent. It's always a considerate thing to give a seller the opportunity to correct a mistake before leaving negative feedback. Unfortunately, that didn't happen in this case. To anyone that sees this negative mark, please don't have concerns about your purchase from my store. Excellent customer service is always my priority.
