Write up for communication excellent. The Item exactly as described. Appearance is actually a little better than seen in photos. A great photo of a 1920 mining town. The grit and perseverance of thee people is long gone in the gene pool but still remembered. This seller's prices are more than fair, and you can't beat low-price shipping. Seller ships out right away Very good packaging. Thanks again for the sale.
