Absolutely fantastic seller with very thorough communication. They personally messaged me when their polar bear was relisted, and even worked out a deal with me on shipping. They created a fresh listing to ensure it shipped right, and overall it was an amazingly thorough ordeal! Packed very well, with only minor marks and grime on arrival. This little honky-tonk was larger than expected, so I had to cut, destuff, and wash the skin-- but after that he came out super soft and brand new. Thank you!
