The item was not new as stated in description, which I did not appreciate. However, even though the package was broken and the gel tube was empty, the item looked unused, it did install and seems to be functioning. Upon pointing that out to seller, they explained that it was a warehouse mistake and they issued a refund. I do appreciate that. I have to give them that they are responsive.
