    The derailleur arrived as described though there was no reference to the seatpost clamp diameter. From the pictures, I figured it was 28.6 and when it arrived, the clamp was indeed stamped 28.6. It cleaned up nicely and, with all the screws replaced from a donor derailleur, it looks the part. Packed well enough and shipped quickly.
