    Identical items listed separately instead of quantity option created two shipping costs yet the seller shipped both items in the same envelope. Wrong items were shipped. I received eBay updates via email for one item and not other. I had to search my purchases and other actions to get any information about the second item. The seller did apologize when I initially notified him of the wrong items sent and that was the only communication I received from the seller. Not a smooth transaction.

    Simple return and refund through eBay system that sends regular updates. Was nothing else to communicate, didn't like waiting on the item to get back before being refunded and shipped before a holiday weekend so it did take longer to get here.
