Because of the delay they offered to use expediated shipping which although helped still resulted in receiving the purchase 8 days after paying for it. It was all a delicate pink, the bubble wrap, tissue paper and a pretty sticker. Seller also went above to ensure my fragile Lennox ornament arrived in perfect condition. Along with the things I already mentioned, it was packed with extra cardboard and a sticker on the bag to let mail carriers know it was fragile. Thank you!
