    The shipping. Was fast and the packaging very professional. Communication with the seller was easy. The Jacket itself is fine, but a slight disappointment. It doesn’t have any stains, damage or defects, but in person it is definitely more worn looking than it appears in the picture, and not really worth what I paid for it in comparison to other similar Banana Republic jackets that I have purchased used. If anything, I probably should have offered less.
