Seller should not promise something on eBay they he cannot keep. But for me it was not a big deal. And there wasn't really no instruction in the package on how to program the key. Just a small piece of paper with an e-mail address on it tells you to go to You Tube for instruction on how to program your keys. Disappointing in seller. Should have give you more information
