Easy to use and clean frying pans that should last a long time
Nice non-stick fry pans that clear up easily and cook evenly. They were not coated with Teflon (r) but a hard anodized finish. Initial prep was (following the directions) to clean pan(s) and put a thin coating of cooking oil on and rub into the surface with a paper towel to avoid leaving a thick film. The pans remain looking new after several weeks use. I clean them with mild dish soap and warm water after the pan has cooled. I have not recoated the original thin coating of cooking oil. I expect to wait six months or a year before refreshing the cooking oil on the surface. These pans are supposed to be oven safe up to 500 degrees F but I have not tried using them in an oven yet. There are much lighter than cast iron. Theu are easier to care for than cast iron. These pans are truely non-stick. Very nice.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
