      The package was terrible. The mixer was dangling around in the box. The unit was described as being new but it was used and missing parts. I contacted him and he said he was going to send it. I waited for two weeks and it never came. He claimed that it got lost.I contacted him and and he said he was going to send a second one but it never came either and it’s been more than a month. Now it’s not working I’m out over a thousand dollars. I wouldn’t advise to buy anything from him. He’s dishonest.

      I don't trust this seller. A UPS label was generated on the day i placed my order but UPS tracking indicated they did not get the item for another 9 days. The $90 shipping i paid was for 2-day service... This seller argued it was UPS' fault and required multiple trips by him to remedy. I call BS. Then the "never plugged in; only opened the box to look inside" claim seems dubious too. No manual, warranty card, loose power cord, anything in the box. The box had water damage too and styro damaged.
