Tascam 2488neo is awesome!
I've used this unit to record, mix, master, and burn all in 1 very easy to use device! Once you get to know how all the functions work, you can create full on CD quality mixes and mastering, the unit has preset mastering to tailor to your specific needs for the type of music you create! But, that's not all this thing can do! It also allows you to play CD's at a slower rate while keeping the pitch the same, which makes learning that cool solo even easier! So many different ways to use this thing, it would be hard to learn it all in any short amount of time! I totally recommend it!

Biggest bang for the dollar
This is my second 2488. No other porta-studio has these features. You can actually mix down like a much more expensive unit. It has SD card and ability to burn cds on this unit. Definitely recommend!
