    I've never had to return a product in perfect condition, as they sent it. I'm truly sorry. I owe them. They treated me very well, never mistreated me, gave me a free return label, and refunded me in full. I'm in another country; importing it would have caused me a lot of losses. I sincerely hope they sell a lot. They are very polite and respectful people; I recommend them 100%. A thousand apologies.

    Original item came and it was the wrong item. Took about a week to get it returned. Then they sent the replacement and that took another two weeks. Since they messed up the problem, they should have offered faster shipping or something. Customer service was ok, just slow.
