Unfortunately, it arrived with two broken pieces leaving the lid to open and expose all the electrical components. I think it's fixable. Extra styrofoam or even bubble wrap may have secured the item better within the box. The box wasn't damaged but the styrofoam inside was shredded to small pieces. I'm assuming this package had a rough ride with the delivery service.
