I sent pics of the damage to the inner speaker and was offered a $1 refund. This was an insult, and not only was this rude, seller was rude in response. I know the item is of lesser value but regardless of that, the item was damaged before purchasing and they do not want to own up to it. If you buy from this person and have an issue you can expect this type of behavior.
