      Not seller’s fault, but shipping was nearly a month. When asked to help initiate a lost mail search, seller was uncooperative until I opened an investigation myself. While shipping wasn’t their fault, they could definitely stand to provide better customer service to messages about issues. Messages back and forth contained a defensive and borderline hostile tone. Package was finally located and delivered, so no refund was necessary. Will be unlikely to order from them again.
