However, we did not know that and asked the seller to investigate it. He did but his powers if investigation only extended to UPS in the USA. He had no lnowledge of other carriers such as the Chinese one which handled the package from Glendale, Illinois to Thailand. This package was insured by Ebay

    Awesome Replacement For My Failed Card/Board

    Worked Perfectly!

    I was about to recycle this printer when I decided to do one last internet dive on how to save it; fortunately I found the test button and realized I likely only had a bad formatter board! Now instead of 40lb of electronic waste, I have a working Color LaserJet again. Thanks!

    New Board fixed problem!
