    Product listed as used but it came new in original packaging with no signs of wear. 10/10 condition. Saved $250 off retail price of the monitor. Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

    Most solid smart lock I have used

    I have used several smart locks (Yale, Nest, August) and have never been completely happy with any of them. This Schlage lock, while it doesn't have all the bells and whistles that some have, is the best, most reliable lock I have used. And on top of that, it just looks really classy. I highly recommend this smart lock!

    The lock was defective and did not work

    The lock did not work. I hired a professional lock smith to install and he could not get the lock to work, he spent 1 hrs on hold with Schlage helpdesk and tried everything they could suggest. Ultimately Schlage concluded the lock was defective. The lock smith charge was $200 for the 2.5 hrs he spent trying to install the defective lock, so this lock has cost me $200 for installation and does not work
