    Sonos connect 2nd gen.

    This thing was extremely easy to setup. I configured it for fixed volume and started whole house streaming. Great to play vinyl in one room and share with the rest of the house. In my opinion Sonos is great for the price and sound great.

    Still working on setting it up.

    We needed a new Sonos because the receiver went out. It was only 2 years old! So replaced with what I thought would “match” the other 2. This one is much smaller than the others and I’ve tried to set up. The Sonos app is not working now so it won’t find the receiver. I paid a lot for this system. I’m really disappointed.

    Sonos Connect 2nd Gen for my Vintage Home Stereo - AWESOME!

    I knew what I was buying but ended up using differently than planned. I have it hooked to my vintage home stereo which now can be part of my Sonos system. I was hoping to use the Connect 2nd Gen to resurrect an older Play:5 I still own - but the latency in going this route (through the line in on the Play:5) makes it so that is doesn't audibly sync with the other speakers in my setup. HOWEVER, this is not the fault of the Connect 2nd Gen. I am happy with my purchase.

    Plugged it in and got it through the setup process easy peasy. Condition was exactly as hoped. I'm getting more rooms in my house onto the S2 platform and this felt like a great upgrade.
