Within 2 minutes of placing my order for a designer sweater, I contacted the seller to cancel my order as I inadvertently purchased the wrong size. Despite my request, the item was shipped the next day without providing the common courtesy of responding to my message. Notwithstanding, the item was listed as “new” without tags, however, it is clear that that the item had been worn based on its condition. Not to mention the fact that the sweater has faint stains on the chest.
