    Went to use for the first time the product is defective it doesn’t work something is wrong with the power it doesn’t turn on when the button is pushed. Thought it might be a simple fix of installing new batteries but that did not work.

    using CPAP and have plugged sinuses? ENT Dr rained on your decongestant use ? This sinuses flood apparatus does not cause harm and opens the sinuses for most of the entire night with mild salt solutions. Amazon has a plastic bridge item to bypass the proprietary dontpeek pod in case you encounter a defective pod. I got mine on refurbished to pay less and still be safe. even as refurbished the unit appears and operated as new. the unit is hard to mess up and use warmed tap water for comfort.
