As the title suggests, the book is a message of putting down burdens and live with a new "lightness".
TRAVELING LIGHT is a wonderful book. Not only does the author break down the 23rd Psalm in meaningful, wonderful ways, but the book is also simply a guide for all people to cast aside "baggage" and learn to "travel light".

Tiny Typeface Makes Reading Impossible!
