Seller stated the item would be shipped within 24 hours and would arrive in 4 days but the item took 4 days just to ship out and 9 days to arrive. Could have been a little faster hence the $66 shipping cost but besides that I had no issues and would definitely recommend the seller. 👍

    The item was packaged fairly well, but could have had more padding around the item for stability. The antenna was broken when it arrived, but the seller compensated me for that damage. I think for the cost of shipping it could have been packaged better given that the original box did not provide much support for the item. Besides the antenna, the device arrived as described and the purchase price was a great value for the product. Very responsive seller who is willing to help you out!

    Used it to detect leak between toilet base and floor. Replaced wax ring and foul smell is gone. Ridgid tools are very well made and last a long time. Very happy with purchase and price.

    Well built and made to last!

    Worked great and love the sensitivity levels adjustment. Nice long wand to reach way back in hard to reach areas. The ON OFF button should be recessed as to not be turned on by accident. Nice case it comes in. Worked great! I pull the batteries after each use to save on corrosion and to not turn on by mistake. I don't need it all the time as I own a motel and need to use it ocassionally.

    LP detector

    I am only using it for LP and seams to be sensitive enough for what I need. Easy to turn on and learning curve for operation was fast. Instrument is a good size and easy to handle. The sensor tube is long enough to get into equipment and closer to lines in hard to reach locations. So far, very pleased.
