Works like a champ.
I have had this Pampered Chef 1 gallon pitcher for many years, and though the top of the handle has broken off, you can still use the handle to plunge the mixer plate. I just ordered a new one because I heard that they were discontinuing the 1 gallon size and wanted an extra just in case. Nice, but not as well made as previous model
I've had Pampered Chef products for many years & have been enormously pleased. After 15 years +, I needed to replace my 1 gallon pitcher that I use for iced tea due to staining. I ordered this one as it is the only replacement option for the previous version. This new one looks nice, but is alot taller resulting in an adjustment to my refrigerator shelves. That's okay, but the top doesn't fit securely. It has spilled abit a few times. Seems like a defect to me, but it was packed in original box. Love the look, though & it's still a good pitcher.
