Excellent Product!
I really love Solgar Biotin Vegetable Capsules! Since having taken this Biotin in the 5000mcg dosage, I noticed after two weeks that my nails have grown longer and less brittle, and I also have less hair fallout which is the main reason I decided to try this Biotin in the first place. Before taking the Solgar Vegetable Biotin 5000mcg capsules, whenever I brushed my hair, there was so much of my hair inside my hairbrush. Also, when showering and washing my hair, I would notice much hair fall out and there would also be a noticeable amount of my hair all over my bathroom tile floor. My hair fallout got to be so bad at times that I would often cry out of frustration and shame over my hair loss. Although I tried numerous different hair products (i.e. hair tonics, vitamins, different hair oils and such) to combat my hair loss, none of them worked. It wasn't until after I tried the Solgar Biotin Vegetable Capsules in the 5000mcg, that I noticed a miracle had occurred! Not only has my hair stopped falling out as much but it now also feels softer, looks a bit fuller, and I have since noticed some hair growth as well! :) I still can't believe the results I've gotten from having taking this Biotin in such a few short weeks. The medicinal or vitamin value of Biotin is zero, according to Consumer's Report.
While I used this product based upon the write ups it received, I just read Consumer's Report, which said that Biotin has no vitamin value. In short, it is a waste of time and money. Since taking these capsules, I've seen a noticeable improvement with my nails growing faster and they've become less brittle and stronger.
