With 99 pre-programmed effects coupled with 12 separate amp modules, this effects unit makes it possible to craft a bass tone that is unique to your playing. Treat your bass to the tone it deserves and take advantage of this highly versatile bass guitar pedal.The Zoom B3 Effects Processor and Amp Simulator offers three large-sized LCD displays that have an intuitive amp and stompbox interface. The looper function features 40-second phrase recording that allows for overdubbing, which gives you the option of adding several layers to your recordings. The 12 amps and the 99 stompbox models are able to be utilized in different combinations, giving you all the tools you need to create your ideal tone. It even has an integrated drum machine as well as an auto-chromatic tuner. This piece of equipment also has designed patches by Victor Wooten, David Ellefson, Frank Bello, and Doug Wimbish. These unique patches allow you to sound like these legendary bassists. You are able to create and store 100 original tones, so there's plenty of space to map out your setlist for a live show. There is a USB audio interface for recording, balanced output, and selectable modes. The Zoom B3 offers over six hours of running time just by using only four AA batteries. Connect to an amp or go direct to a PA by using the included XLR cord. Keep in mind that the Zoom B3 is one of the audio accessories that is portable due to its size (13 x 7.75 x 3.5 inches). Store it in your gig bag or keep in on a shelf in your practice space. It also offers software you use to edit and share your creations.     IM NOT A BASSIST

    pure bassista, dont look at me if ur a composer, jammer, plays keyboard as well and like nice effects, consider my opinion i mostly use this pedal to amp keyboards i bought it for the effects and the odd effects works nicely on the keys i use, theres little of them, but its still fun for 200$? this little fun? no. but its my bad thinking i would use more for bass than key so if ur a pure bassist, u might not want to consider y advice if ur a composer with a key, u will probably like the other effect u can plug in in the keyboard PLUS with the looper and the controlable tempo (bpm) u can create urself a nice track to compose or jam ofc u wuld be jamming without being plugged to the b3, because itll be plugged in the keys

    Great amp models for a good tone.

    I was interested in finding a processor that would give me great bass tone first and foremost. I'm not into a lot of the effects on bass. Maybe one or two here and there on a few songs. I just wanted a unit that would help me get that great big fat tone that you hear on recordings. I have to say that this thing did deliver. You have many amp tones to start with, several great compressors, exciters, sonic maximizers, a Sansamp driver, speaker emulations. These are modeled after high dollar reputable name brand units. This is the least expensive thing I could find out there that would give me all of this. I highly recommend this unless you have thousands of dollars and a bunch of time to experiment to find something better. There is more tone selections in this box than I know what to do ...
