We didn't realise this until we had purchased but we weren't in a rush, and not seeing it was our fault. Bag arrived 2 days after estimated delivery time but suspect this might be Royal Mail's fault. Having said all that.....bag is great and a good price. Arrived well packaged as well so all good.

I was told they didn’t have the item and was waiting on them to be delivered to them. I have contacted them numerous times and have to wait days for a reply. Terrible service. Terrible communication I WILL NOT BE UAING THEM AGAIN!!! Had to contact eBay for a refund as they ignored my message about a refund.Reply from: brandedshoes1- Feedback replied by seller brandedshoes1.- Feedback replied by seller brandedshoes1.This customer unfortunately did not notice the extended dispatch time on her ordered item, this was explained to her several times in ebay messaging but alas she still did not understand the ordering system and to take note of the delivery dates.
