    Milwaukee M12 surge impact driver

    Best impact I have ever used it's quiet and very versatile! I have the original Milwaukee fuel impact and the surge is much quieter even than I expected after watching reviews. It has the same power but is more gentle than a conventional impact driver.

    nice little unit

    great everyday small- to-medium fastener, can back - pocket it up a ladder, that sort of thing.. can handle some larger low-torque stuff too, though ya still need a bigger driver handy. The 2.0 battery run time isn't long, a couple of those are good for the light end of the work range, you'll want 3.0 's or more for your everyday go-to batteries. Not sure if a thin little belt clip could be added.. would be a good option to have; sometimes I can drop the mail bags and work certain tasks with just pants pockets and hammer loop. This is where I call out to carhartt, where's the back pocket edge reinforcement so I don't wear out the edge with my tape measure?

    Ultra Quiet Hydraulic Driver in a Compact 12V Package

    The Milwaukee 2551-22 (Kit) M12 Fuel™ Surge™ 1/4" Hex Hydraulic Driver offers near-silent operation, being very similar to its larger 18V cousin, the Milwaukee 2760-20 (Bare Tool). Like the 2760-20, it has three speeds and a dedicated mode for installing self-drilling screws (Teks). In short, it packs about the same amount of ultra quiet punch as its larger relative, but in a more compact 12V package with excellent battery life. Highly recommended.

    Electrician’s dream

    I love the m12 surge! Super compact, quiet and smooth running. It took me a little while to get used to the difference from the regular m12 impact, but I’ll be carrying this in my toolbelt for years to come. Great upgrade for running small screws all day as an electrician.
