    Only one remote works at a time

    I bought this to have 2 remotes for my TV. I found out only one remote can be programmed to work at any given time. Therefore if you program this new one your old one won’t work and vice versa. I you need a replacement because something is wrong with your original remote, this this would be great as a replacement. I sent mine back for a refund as my original works fine. Tip: you hold down the back button and play button at the same time to program it for your TV.

    Excellent replacement

    It synced readily with my TV (55" Samsung KS8000F), just as the original. This product is an excellent replacement for a lost/damaged original and honestly, I cannot tell the difference. The shipment was also delivered on time :)
