Me parece una falta de respeto y más aún una gran pérdida de tiempo y valor haber esperado tanto para que finalmente la opción sea devolver el dinero. Si el vendedor no tiene la seriedad ni siquiera de enviar mensajes e indicar el proceso de envío deberían sacarlo de la plataforma. No me parece serio y más aún al parecer no cuentan con el producto
