Great steps but very poor shipping company.
It arrived quickly but was heavily damaged. Screws were loose all over inside the box, the box was punched full of holes, the the top plate of the steps that lays on top of the entry area was badly bent. I had to take a 5 pound hammer to it padding the metal with a four folded towel and hit it several times to straight it out so it would lay flat. It would have been very hard to send the steps back because to box was so badly damaged so I just did the best I could with way I had to work with. These steps were most likely dropped off a loading dock or fell out of a transport truck of something like that. However, with all that being said the steps themselves are great and very good quality.
