This ARRIS Touchstone CM8200A is a black cable modem that supports DOCSIS 3.1 standards and provides ultra-fast internet speed with a maximum downstream data rate of 1 Gbps and a maximum LAN data rate of 1000 Mbps. It has Ethernet (RJ-45) ports and wireless connectivity, making it easy to connect to the internet. The modem is designed for use with Cox Communications and has two LAN ports for multiple device connectivity. Its compact height of 44 mm makes it easy to install and use.This was my brothers and he just got it in November but passed away Dec 17th.Has plastic still on it.It either has no use or mybe 1 week worth.No box nor users guide.Winning bidder to pay shipping costs

Working well.
Bought used, and it's working fine with Wave/Astound for ~a month so far. The 2 ethernet ports allow us to route one directly to TV cable box and the other to WiFi router, bypassing router for cable TV, which is good since we still lose the TV signal momentarily a few times daily (not because of the modem, but because of the signal from Astound).
