Item was exactly as described , 7 or 8 dollars cheaper than any other vendor selling this product. The best thing was communication and shipping. I recieved my reel in 3 days. I ordered on Thurs evening and recieved it today which is Sunday. I had inquired about repair for an identical reel that I got for Fathers Day. Although the item looks great and as described, I have yet to use it on my lil teacup Yorkie...😁 With that being said, the seller is an AWESOME seller and I HIGHLY recommend this seller. Although for some reason the tracking info showed that the package was shipped untracked. Other than that, I received the item sooo fast! I placed 4 orders on July 30th and I received this item on Aug 1. Highly recommend this seller!!
