    Listing implied a pointer; item arrived without one. immediately, after purchase i attempted to clarify if it had a pointer, but seller shipped anyway. Most LEGIT sellers declare , “no pointer” so there are no misunderstandings. Since it had no warning , caused me to believe it did. After delivery, seller told me to destroy it and send a photo for refund, which violates eBay policy. eBay case pending. Plus what is to say he claims I destroyed my broken one ? Buyer beware.
