Contacted seller and he agreed to replace. However after obtaining a video cable, could not boot into Windows on PC. Requested refund and return instructions, which seller provided. Overall experience with seller was good and communication was excellent. Would have given a higher rating but item was unusable as PC would not boot up into Windows.
