    Shipping cost was reasonable. Packaging was outstanding (the unit came in a heavy-duty rigid box). As described. I would point out that Kepro (now defunct) made several different "maul sizes" of Metal and Circuit Board shears. I was in a car accident and almost lost the larger 19" sized Kepro shear I own (had to go back to the salvage place and beg for them to release it as I'd never be able to find one again). Then this one showed up on eBay. A great value. 5 stars.
