I wanted 2 monitors for a new home office, so I had to contact the seller and get permission to order the 2nd monitor. They quickly granted permission, but it was extra effort to contact them and then place a 2nd order. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and happy with my purchase.     Shipping was very quick with it coming just around eBay's estimation but a little bit earlier. Packaging was done with bubble wrap and paper all around the cooler. Small items like screws were also packaged well in small boxes to prevent them from being lost in the process of shipping. Description matches it exactly. I would have believed it was new and not refurbished - excellent. Value was perfect with it being around the price of new but with a small discount.
